Welcome to our practice. The staff who work here are part of a team caring for over 7,000 patients in Eastcote and the surrounding area.

We work with our colleagues in the local primary care team, local hospitals, social services complementary practitioners and many others to ensure your good holistic health: physical, psychological and social. We comprise 4 GPs (General Practitioners or Family Doctors), 3 Practice Nurses, a Practice Manager and 12 other staff.
History
The practice started in a house in Elm Avenue when Dr Tom Kelly left another practice to work on his own. Dr Bob Corfield joined the practice in 1956 and set up a branch surgery in Morford Way. Tom Kelly retired in 1976 and Dr Graham Cook joined the practice
In 1979 Eastcote Health Centre was built and the premises were shared with Dr Derek Leede's practice. Dr Corfield and Dr Cook decided to take on a third partner and In January 1981 Dr Jenny Allen joined the practice. Dr Graham Cook left to follow a different career in medicine, Dr Jon Brewerton joined in 1981.
Dr Martin Hall joined the practice in 1989 when Dr Corfield retired.

Nargis is responsible for the smooth running of the practice, the staff, the building, Health & Safety, Complaints and Suggestions.
Reception/Admin and other staff
Their job is to make your appointments on our computer booking system, receive you politely and kindly into our surgery (please always make sure you check in at the reception desk!). They keep the surgeries running efficiently, organize many administrative tasks such as issuing your repeat prescriptions, test results, and a host of background tasks you never see.

The Primary Care Team
District Nurses
They will visit you at home and attend to any wound dressings, administration of injections and other medication, monitoring of certain conditions.
Health Visitors
They have a particular interest in preparation for childbirth, care and development of new babies and toddlers up to 5yrs and supporting and encouraging parents and helping them with any childcare problems and concerns.
