If you are planning for your holidays please remember to check whether you are likely to need any vaccinations before you travel.
If you are unsure or know you need vaccinating please speak to reception who will ask you to complete a travel form which will then be passed to the practice nurses.
You must give the surgery at least 4 weeks notice if you need an appointment for travel jabs, this is because vaccinations take at least two weeks to effectively protect you and you may need a course of vaccinations over several weeks. The practice nurses are able to provide you with general travel advice during your appointment.
You may prefer to download the travel form HERE to complete in your own time. Please remember that vaccinations should be arranged a minimum of one month in advance. And all completed forms to be handed into reception.

MetroHealth is a consortium of 16 GP practices in North Hillingdon working together to provide greater access to excellent care for our patients by providing services closer to a patient’s home and where possible, outside of a hospital setting. We work towards a patient-centred approach to care, with emphasis on patients being proactive in managing their health with support from their healthcare providers, pharmacies, social services and volunteer organisations.
We hold a number of leaflets on various medical topics and ailments – please ask at Reception.
