E-Mail Prescriptions

We can accept Repeat Prescription requests by e-mail OR

You may prefer to use our new EMIS ACCESS system for requesting prescriptions.

Please make sure that you provide as much information as possible and always include:

Name
Address
Date of birth
The items and quantities you require

Prescriptions may be collected between 9:00am and 6:30pm.

Please allow at least 48 hours before collecting your prescription.

We always acknowledge e-mail prescription requests. If you do not receive an acknowledgement, please contact the surgery before coming to collect your prescription (there might be a problem with the e-mail service).

To Cancel an Appoinment

We realise that it can be most irritating to find the appointments line engaged when trying to cancel an appointment.

You can now contact us by e-mail to cancel an appointment.

Please send an e-mail with the subject line 'Cancel Appointment' to:

Please note that this e-mail address is not monitored after 3:30pm so please telephone if you need to cancel an appointment after this time.
