On-Line Access
Our on-line access is managed by a service called PATIENT ACCESS (Previously EMIS ACCESS). Through this service and our website you will be able to:
- Book an appointment
- Cancel an appointment
- Request repeat prescriptions
You must register before you can use the on-line access
To do this please click HERE for an application form OR contact the Surgery by post or in person. Once completed, please either:
1. Bring the form to the surgery along with Identity documents (driving licence, passport etc). If this is between 9 and 4pm, we should be able to produce your password immediately.
OR
2. Post to the surgery (without identity documents)
We will then post your password to you (for security reasons) plus full instructions on how to register on-line
You only need to do this once, but please keep your ID details safe as you will need them each time you log in.
Secure personal information
All information sent to the Surgery via PATIENT ACCESS is secure. Your personal details are encrypted and protected using the highest standard internet security, so it cannot be intercepted. Only you and your GP surgery are able to see this information.
